At our shop, we pride ourselves on being able to properly diagnose and fix any issue with your vehicle - whether it's a simple check engine light or an elusive electrical gremlin. We specialize in finding and fixing problems that stump most other shops and technicians. Equipped with factory scan tools for GM, Ford, Chrysler, Toyota, Honda, Fiat, Mazda, and Saab, we can access all the information your car can provide at factory levels. This ensures that we receive accurate information and are not stuck guessing what the problem might be.
In addition to our factory scan tools, we also use top-of-the-line aftermarket scan tools that can diagnose almost every other car and truck line on the road, including semis, Caterpillar, Cummins, Paccar, International, and more. We use a variety of OEM and aftermarket techniques to accurately diagnose the issue with your vehicle. For example, we use lab scopes to look at sensors at the same speed the engine control module sees them to pinpoint issues with sensors or wires. Our FLIR camera helps us investigate heat issues in your vehicle's components, such as wires, computers, and HVAC systems.
We take a calculated approach to diagnosing your vehicle based on our experience and simplicity. We start with basic testing and work our way up to more complex diagnostics until we pinpoint the issue. If we can repeat the issue and capture the problem in more than one way, then we know we have accurately diagnosed the issue. We promise not to treat you like a parts department that just wants to sell you parts. Unfortunately, this approach has become an industry standard, but we know it's not the right one.
